The controller discussed above simplifies thickness applications through high-speed internal sampling and digital thickness computation, reducing errors often encountered with traditional analog summing methods. The controller can detect out-of-range thickness conditions within 0.00025 seconds and provide an indication via a digital output pin.

By design, our laser sensors are perfect for non-contact thickness measurement, ensuring that measured objects won’t suffer from distortions or damage. Our thickness measuring gauge system is also great for high-speed production lines as sensors don’t need to be directly in contact with the products.

Laser Sensor for Thickness Measurement
